Meet Lily, one of our smallest (and mightiest!) supporters. Lily and her family are making a big difference for kids in our Beyond the Bell afterschool program at the Birdsong Center in Suffolk.
Lily is just 7 years old, and after getting a bracelet-making kit for her birthday, she decided to turn her creativity into kindness. She now sells bracelets to help offset the cost of dinners for kids who need them. Each month, Lily and her family pick a meal, do the math together, and show up with love and something delicious and kid-friendly, like tacos or baked ziti.
We are so grateful to Lily and her family for reminding us that anyone can help, no matter their age.
